We booked this hotel as our connecting flight was at 10am. Our flight got delayed, when we arrived late around 2am (their shuttle picked us up) they tell us they overbooked , gave our room away and our fully paid room is gone. They tried to send us to another hotel ( good thing those hotels were fully booked now too) . Imagine, taking the shuttle again to, check in to another hotel, running with little sleep from traveling all day also with a sleepy tired child, what a nightmare. And when the other hotels weren’t an option, they tell us NOW, we can stay at their next door hotel Homewood suites by Hilton. They tried to send us to other hotels first, before letting us stay to the bigger room available next door. Really, we just want some sleep we don’t care about the bigger room, I just want to sleep in the room that we ALREADY paid for. Not a good experience at all. Manager who checked us in did not even apologize not until we expressed our disappointment with the situation.
