It was OK. nothing special. No designated parking for hotel guests. I didn't have to but I assume some guests had to park on the other side of the parking lot. It's a long walk with luggage if traveling solo.

Friendly front desk staff at all times

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly at all times during the day. I liked the lemon or strawberry iced water in the lobby - very nice refreshing treat. I was there for a conference, and the room, service, and entertainment were good.

Overall hotel was great! Pool was great for kids and everything was clean. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the front desk staff were not super helpful or kind not the kind of reception you normally get when you walk into a hotel. Just one person working the front desk taking phone calls and dealing with check ins. Maybe they would be more positive if they had help? Anyway over all would recommend! Breakfast was also good!

A nice weekend in Calgary

Fast and friendly check in. Clean, comfortable room. The only negative was several sports teams in for the weekend, but they quited down a little after midnight and didn't start making noise again until 6 am. Just teens being teens
