Good place to stay with family. Has a pool, waterslide, hot tub, & buffet breakfast. Good wifi. Checkout process was quick and easy. Self checkout was smooth. Friendly staff, good environment, friendly guests. Major shopping amenities nearby. Cons: Parking lot is small and fills up quickly during peak season. Sometimes it's challenging to get front desk service as no one is available for a while. Very slow elevators, defective vending machines which eats your money.

We had the suite with the king bed and whenever the door was shut, the rest of the room was SO HOT while the bedroom was cold. Even though the staff claimed there was a switch that moved the air to the other room, there was none. Another thing, the breakfast was pretty bad. No waffles or pancakes and no dairy free options. The ice machine was broken on our floor and the fridge was not cold enough. I put ice cream in the top freezer box and it melted completely.

Staff is very friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and thankfully on the 4th floor facing the parking lot, we got to watch the sun rise across the prairie. We’ve stayed in several Days Inn, some do a great breakfast like the one in Brooks. This chain needs to get rid of the carpets in the rooms, they are so dirty and allergies to carpet are a real thing. And what’s with the little stones all around the pool, it sticks to the feet and the pools end up with it.

The rooms were clean but the pool area didn’t seem to be cleaned . We stayed for 3 days and there were bandaids and hair elastics in the pool the whole time . The water made your skin feel sticky and had a smell on your clothes .
