There were many torn and ripped areas on the carpet, and the rubber part that cushions the front door to prevent noise had fallen off and was lying on the floor. Lastly, when I unfolded the sofa bed mattress, there was a smell of marijuana. To my knowledge, smoking and marijuana are prohibited inside the building, but I could smell both cigarette and marijuana odors throughout various parts of the building.

Good hotel and rooms. Will be back. Staff is good. They try and do everything they can for you. Tim Hortons and McDonald’s right behind hotel. Pretty dark area

Walked in and the lobby smelled like smoke. That should have been my first clue. My room was dusty, tattered furniture and little to no sound barrier between rooms and ceiling. Will never stay here again. Clueless as to how they’ve received any positive ratings.

The property is close to a restaurant, a fast food joint, grocery store and church. I found it odd when I asked for change to wash my clothes, I was told to go asked one of the above locations for change and then moments later the same employee opened to coin dispenser and removed coins.

Even though the property is older, the staff tried to keep the place clean. We stayed for a week, but the breakfast options remained the same everyday, like they should at least try to cook eggs differently every other day maybe with a different offering of ham, bacon or sausage, not just sausage everyday.

Nothing wrong with the hotel or service per se. Just got unlucky with the people above us and they kept waking us up throughout the night. Waterslide was unique but brings a lot of kids into the hotel.
