There was a hair in the bathtub and no way we could get bottled water. The machines and the tv were all very outdated. We were in a creepy basement and there were creepy guests. And there were also stains on the carpet

I was quite disappointed with my stay, especially given the price of over $100 per night. I expected better standards in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and overall experience. Unfortunately, the lobby had an unpleasant odor, which was off-putting upon arrival. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dried food marks on the dining table and a general unpleasant smell. Additionally, the breakfast quality was subpar and did not meet expectations. This experience felt more like a stay at a less-than-one-star hotel, which is extremely disappointing. I believe there is significant room for improvement to meet the basic expectations of cleanliness, hygiene, and hospitality.

Hot tub jets didn’t work and looked filthy. Waterslide had a trickle of water coming out so kids could barely make it down the slide. No towels in the pool area. Bed skirt covered in holes like a mouse had gotten it. Booked two king jacuzzi’s but when we got there said one room was two doubles even tho my Expedia reservation said two king jacuzzi rooms.

Only bad thing was the hot tub wasn’t working properly and the pool area wasn’t the cleanest. Everything else was great! Staff was nice. The shuttle was fast and efficient. The breakfast was yummy. And it was a good price. Would stay again!

We have stayed here 3 time in under 3 months. First time was great, 2nd time ok, this time terrible. The room was not as clean as I feel it should be. Dirty wall. Some room furniture left not cleaned, and the carpet was extremely stained. There was only one roll of toilet paper. We were woken up at 3:30am by other guest slamming doors, laughing and talking extremely loud, and stoping around. I feel like I wasted my money staying here and should have picked a different hotel.

We have stayed here 3 times in under 3 months. First time was great, second time was ok, this time terrible. The room was far from properly clean. Dirty wall. A few other areas that should be cleaned not clean. The carpet was extremely dirty. The front deak staff was not very friendly this time as well as last time. Feel like I wasted my money. Should have stayed somewhere else

The hot tub by the pool didnt work and the one in our room was small, not a two person tub, with jets that are located randomly and dont hit any part of your body. Breakfast was good.
