I had stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past few years and the room are usually good. This time it was kind of disappointed. I pay close to $175 to book a room for 2 adult and 2 kids. The price is comparatively more expensive then other hotel in the area. I was given a small room even though I asked for higher floor but only get the lower 3rd floor. Window view is looking at exhaust vent on the roof top of the main building area just right below. No bottle water supplied and amenity like towel and shampoo are limited. No body wash either. Lucky I only stay overnight. Hotel staff are very nice as usual. Just disappointed with the room this time.

Excellent hotel my favourite in Calgarys love the two bars/pubs good food and great service. Love you can order drinks and food to the pool area. And that the heated pool and hot tub is open year around.

I love the friendly staff, from the front desk to the bartenders servers. I love the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Love that you can order drinks and food as well to the pool area. Rooms are clean, nice, they have comfortable beds. You can mirror phone onto the tvs and watch what you like. My favourite hotel in Calgary!

Excellent staff. Comfortable room. With Christmas revelry going on, we were worried our room might be too close to the noise and excitement to get a good rest. On check in, they kindly moved us to a quieter area. Much appreciated!

Very poor parking arrangement for guests on busy event nights at the hotel. It was necessary to park a block away in a poorly lit overflow lot. This the second time that this has happened.

1 stop for alk your travel needs. Great breakfast buffet, bakery, convenient store, multiple restaurants. Restaurant staff very professional and quick. Food taste great for the price. My only complaint was the lack of parking while all the holiday parties were happening. Overall, i would stay here again.
