Location is excellent. Early morning breakfast staff was extremely kind and helpful. Cleaning staff has dropped the ball since my last stay- stains by bed ( not sure what possibly coffee & I don’t drink coffee or tea) different hotel key by bed not ours, black hair on towel and couldn’t get a refill of toilet paper for the life of us- had to use Kleenex. Over all I normally love the manager at this hotel as she is the sweetest and kindest- she is why I come back along with location. I hope they get on the cleaning crew as it’s not being done like it normally is. Thank you.

poor customer service

This stay was on of our worst hotel experiences. We stayed for 2 night and dined in at their inhouse restaurant /pub and the service was absolutely horrible, when I approached the Hotel Supervisor about our overall experience. When we expressed out dissatisfaction for our service at the pub we were told to speak with the supervisor... the supervisor was our server. We had a table larger then 7 and were charged a 18% gratuity, it felt like to us she knew she had her tip accounted for by their gratuity rules and service didn't matter. We had plates and glasses never picked up from our table until we started stacking them up in a tower as we were out of table space. We had to ask her for things and to get her attention. On top of the poor service their the hotel had kids running around all over til late in the night screaming and playing hockey in the halls.

The front-desk staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast team was excellent—quick to help when the machines acted up and diligent about keeping the area spotless. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. During our week-long stay, several sports teams ran through the halls, roughhoused in the pool, and screamed until about 10 p.m., all without any intervention from management. Housekeeping was equally disappointing: blankets were stuffed above the microwave, the bathroom floor and tub were left unswept and unclean on multiple occasions, and some days only one bed was made while pillows and blankets were left scattered on the chair and floor. I attempted to upload photos of the room after housekeeping, but the site kept returning an error message. While a few staff members shone, the lack of management oversight and inconsistent housekeeping made for a frustrating stay.
