Parking is $21/night and there was never enough parking at night for all guests. Facility was dirty and noisy. Bed uncomfortable. Only perk is the location.

This hotel was fine. Our friends were located on the 15th floor and their room was fairly nice. Our room was on the 5th floor and was in need of repair, cleaning and renovation. Our friends booked through the hotel, I paid way more through Expedia and received a room that was rough. The location is great and the staff are lovely. I wish I would have requested a different room.

It was a family (of 4) vacation for 11 nights. Stayed in a two bedroom suite on the 15th floor and the view of downtown Calgary was amazing. Hotel is pretty quiet and close to virtually all you will need from shopping, restaurants, grocery stores etc....all within walkable distances. Hotel also served free breakfast. My only drawback is that there was only one bathroom/toilet for a two bedroom suite, other than that....our stay was memorable.

We stayed here in a 2 bedroom suite with our kids for two nights. Check in was smooth, parking ($21 a day) was easy and felt safe. Staff was friendly. We stayed on a floor that hadn’t been renovated yet, and while it was a bit outdated (which doesn’t bother us) it was clean and in relatively good shape. The kitchen was adequately equipped for our needs. AC worked really well. Beds were comfortable, and linens were fine. We did have to call down to get linens for the pull out bed, which was kind of a pain after a long day. The mattress on the pullout was also not the greatest, but I’ve slept on worse. One of the high lights was the free breakfast; the choices were great, and we had it both mornings we were there. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay, and will look at staying here again in future.

They have a filtered water dispenser available for guests. So as long as you bring your reusable water bottle, you can refill on the main floor.

It was terrible, the fan in the washroom it didn’t work, everything in the room was old and deteriorated, the carpet dirty and smelly, the bed was noisy… our experience was terrible

Out dated, needs upgrade badly!!!!!
Staff wasnt as friendly as last year's stay. Parking is always so limited. Food was cold- eggs and sausage. Fruit was expired- tasted terrible and warm- like it came off a fruit platter I would buy at Superstore. The room smelled musty, the air conditioner was so loud. The water from the tap and the ice from the machine tasted moldy and old. The bathroom was cleanish- around the bathtub there was black mold or decay. I had to ask for extra blankets and pillows, considering we had a third guest in our rooom forthe sofa bed. Was given some attitude about having my friends husband stay in the room with us- almost like a judgement; as I had mentioned it was last minute and he was coming in late. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfrtable with springs coming out. No soft mattress. The plug ins by the bed did not work and we woke up to almost dead phones. The duvet had stains on it- as if it was grease or oil. The carpet in the hallways were dirty and looked as if they hadnt been cleaned in years. The wall paper around the elevators are coming off and cracking. The elevator had this terrible old musty smell. This property needs an upgrade bad!!!!!! Will not stay there again. Gave it a second chance after last year, but not again. Do not stay here....
