The heating unit was extremely loud when it went on and off during the night. There was an empty used water bottle between the bed and bedside table. The lobby is shabby.

BW does not disappoint

My BW stay was great. The hotel was kept very clean, in spite of all of the snow and salt on the sidewalks and streets due to the VERY wintery weather. The staff were friendly and professional, especially Diana who was able to accommodate an early check-in after an early flight. House-keeping did a super job - again having to deal with salt on the carpets daily. The complimentary breakfast was a super way to start the day (try the waffles!) with really good coffee and a variety of options. The location is also very good - with loads of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within easy walking distance.
