Hot tub was broken, had to book a pool time slot, hotel room floor was damp and wet, front desk wouldn’t let us borrow spoon/forks/plates for food we bought as they said it’s only for use in there breakfast center. Towels couldn’t leave the pool so hallways floors were wet from guest dripping walking back to rooms, our toddlers were upset and cold walking to our far room.

from the first impression to the service in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. everyone was welcoming and friendly. our stay was great and we would hesitate to stay there again.
