Disappointed that the shuttle has limited hours, we were not able to use it due to our flights. If 24 hour shuttle service is not provided I suggest cab fare should be paid for or subsidized by the property. The pool has limited access by reservation, we were aware of it but other guests were not and had not pre booked the pool area therefore could not use it.

Good hotel! Great for families. I enjoyed that we had to book a time to use the waterpark during busy hours. Room was spacious, clean and well stocked. Good gym. Infrared sauna in the change room was a nice bonus. Will go back and recommend to others.

The main part of the parking lot is a long way from the front door of the hotel. The pool was very popular but it is right off the lobby which had a strong smell of chlorine. The sink in my bathroom was cracked. The hotel was very quiet even being so close to the airport. No free breakfast included.
