Firstly, the room we had wasnt really the best. It was the room directly next to the parking lot even though it was their 2nd floor. Signages werent a good help, ended up using the stairs since we couldnt find the elevator. The hallway carpets are really old and the look ot the rooms from the hallway are terrible. It feels unsafe. The carpet in the room we had, has holes or small cut pieces. The bathtub also has stains even though they said it was actually clean. I tried to ask if we can at least maybe get moved somewhere as my husband cannot tolerate noises and being close to the parking lot doesnt really help. The front desk said that there is something in the 3rd floor but was still not clean. I said that we can wait in the lobby or even just come back, as we didnt even touched anything in the room. However, the front desk changed her reasoning to something like changing my room would be too much work for her and of course they "were full". She said she didnt have the time to make the changes. Tss.
My phone internet is even faster than the hotel's internet. It keep kicking me out or it would just logged me out. I am never a complainer and barely asked to be moved to another room. But this room is just untolerable. If I were you guys, just spend a few more dollars for some peace of mind and security.
