The staff were quite friendly but the room was very dirty. There food crumbs on the carpet and the stained bath tub was very old and dirty.

This place was not clean. The floor had stains all over it. As well as the curtains. The room smelt like cigarettes. One group in our party had to have there bed sheets changed due to them not being changed before arriving.

In need of upgrading

The room is in great shape, the front counter service, half of them need more training. Half the outside doors won't accept the room key. Place is pretty clean. Ice machines are broken, elevator needs a renovation.

Location the best thing about this hotel

We liked the location, close to the saddledome. Check in was very slow and the room was kind of cramped. Cleanliness was so so, there was a layer of dust around the edge of the room on the very old carpet. Needs some serious up dating. Price was cheap and there was a pool but they use way too much chlorine.
