I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. Walkable and close to everything. The staff was nice and answered any questions I had. Enjoyed my room and always came back to clean towels and my bed made when I returned at the end of the day. I would definitely stay here again.

Modern hotel nicely located by the river - a bit sketchy at night. Lots of homeless folks around. No hotel parking but done available on street or public lots Rooms have comfy beds but are small. Weird semi transparent panel between bath and bedroom so when lights get turned on in the bathroom the bedroom gets lit up. Electronic controls for everything. No real restaurant but there’s a breakfast place next door open until mid afternoon and a sushi place open in the evening. Many options in the area and grocery store a couple blocks away. Very slow elevators. Pleasant helpful staff. Pet friendly and lots of places to walk just outside the door.

Wonderful hotel and experience. Very responsive to requests/needs. A survey early in my stay in which i commented on a minor issue found the situation resolved the next day. Friendly and helpful. Area is developing, and Calgary has a significant homeless problem. While the entire downtown area is affected, the hotel feels safe and secure. Immediate area has several options for dining, shopping, etc. Would recommend!

Room was small. There was no fridge. The staff put our items in a fridge that they could access for us. It worked but was a little inconvenient. I asked for a yoga mat which I never receivedpositively the room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a fairly new hotel offering great facilities for a reasonable cost. It is a 5min walk to the eatern end of the Downtown area and you can the then use the tram to get around the downtown area for free. There was a bistro offering breakfast, brunch and lunch menu. Hadd the cooked breakfast which was good. Nice views over the Bow river and straight out tge hotel onto the riverwalk
