At 00.45 hr at night it took 40 mins to check in....also I had to argue that I was next in line when a man was behind me! Bathroom smelled,,maybe because board under sink was damaged and not aligned (gap). Room was really hot on arrival. Air con had not been switched on. Booked for 2 adults and 2 kids...only 3 single beds in room. Breakfast was good. Security was good.

I booked the luxury twin bedroom for 2 adults and 2 kids. And I should have VI0 access. When I checked in 2am, they said they cannot assign the type of room I booked. Only 1 King bed which how can serve 4 people. After we complaint, finally give us suite room with sofa bed & queen bed.
