I have a family member in hospital. It was walking distance to hospital. Nearby eateries great. Walking back from hospital along water front relaxing after my stressful situation. Hotel staff very helpful and trustworthy.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is located on the Esplanade, where many restaurants and shops are operating there. The room is clean and with a reasonable space for 2 people. The tiles in the toilet and bathroom are not so clean. I think it may be a little bit common for aged hotels. The bedroom is very clean.

Great stay
We had a great stay. It is the second time we have stayed here. Our room had a great view over the esplanade and sea. The property is easy walking distance to town with cafes and restaurants close by. The staff are always friendly and helpful and there is plenty of parking on the property

The view from our suite was spectacular as were the two balconies. The pool downstairs was perfect, and the staff were very helpful and always friendly. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a good experience overall . The facilities are basic the reception staff is amazing . The cleanliness is average , I don’t know what happened 1 day but the cleaner didn’t clean the room properly . We left in the morning and When we came back in the evening the toilet stinks wee and poo. The floor was wiped only with tissues some pieces were left on the floor . I spoken to the receptionist she came checked and the next day our room was spotless
