Fabulous hotel in great location . Spotless rooms with large comfy beds, super shower ( bathroom in general ) and air con. Fully secure parking to feel safe travelling solo. My only suggestion for improvement would be to reduce the cost associated with pets. €15-€20 per dog per night seems excessive. Other than this 5 stars for sure. Would happily return 😊

Loved this hotel & its locations. Huge room compare to all the other European hotel rooms. Parking easy to get to & easy to get out. Very close to Caceres old city, great restaurants, good food, & shops. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. I only stayed here one night but loved it so much that wished would have stayed more.

This hotel is in a really good spot for all you wish to see in Caceras, however it’s a 3 star hotel not 4 stars. The reasons are breakfast in the first day reasonable, the cook station up and running, 3 staff on duty plenty of everything. Note though management breakfast meeting taking place. Next day different story, lack of staff, and breakfast items. On the whole a bit of a disappointment.

This is our second stay. Lovely reception staff and we had the junior suite which was lovely This hotel is central to the main tourist spots We had an excellent stay

Worst four star hotel ever.
One of the worst four star hotels I have stayed in. I booked a double room with queen bed four months ago. They gave me a room with two singles. They said you could only have one wifi code PER ROOM, not per person or device. We arrived in the room about 4.00.p.m. After a long drive we wanted a siesta before going out at night. The noise from the hotel street bar outside was deafening, even with the double glazing and was echoing off the walls. We asked to move but were bluntly told no. They said the noise should stop by ten. They said they would look at a reduction in the bill in the morning. When I came to pay, they said I should have booked directly rather than through Hotels.com and they would not do anything. Please do not go there if you want a good stay in this beautiful city.

Best Hotel in Caceres
Excellent location only a few minutes from Plaza Mayor. Hotel parking, facilities and our room were excellent. The breakfast was awesome and specially the great attentions from chef Carlos and attendant Pepi. Their restaurant Origen was above and beyond our expectations. Their food and quality is amazing and above all their prices. You can eat a high quality dinner including wine and mineral water for the same price or probably less than what you pay to eat at one of Plaza Mayor eateries.

Excellent hotel but obtain new postcode.
Excellent hotel, friendly staff and in an excellent position for exploring the town. Only criticism was finding the parking garage as the postcode provided at present takes you through very narrow lanes where it’s almost impossible to turn without scratching your car. Reception advised an alternative post code so that this was not necessary but not until you arrived. It should have been provided when booking the hotel. Height barrier for garage is 2.1 metres so beware if your car has a roof box.

The location is very good, near old town but very quiet. We are satisfied with beds and bedding, very comfortable. My only complaint is the room very hot even we shut down.heat. In the morning we finally found small refrigerator generates heat.
