The room was really dirty- washroom had pee stains on the seat.. the floor was dirty- the couch had stains not pleasant at all, the hot tub didn’t work for our entire stay- the front desk didn’t acknowledge when bought it up!! There are other beeter properties around- also while making the reservation I was under the impression that it was all-inclusive it did not specify where to choose it and what to do- they asked another $1200cad- the staff was friendly and good

Warning: THEY MAY NOT HAVE THE ROOM THEY SOLD YOU!! Booked (and paid for) two bedroom unit at this location to be next door to where rest of family was staying. After flying all day, they told us upon arrival they did not have any room for us, but we could go to their sister resort which was a shuttle ride away. We said no the; whole reason we are staying there was for a family vacation, which meant proximity to them. They made us wait, sat us down, insisting that we should go to their sister location. It was high pressure and it ended with us feeling coerced into attending a timeshare presentation at that a sister resort in order to secure two separate normal rooms at original location (on different floors! Not the best experience for family with kids thinking they had a nice two bedroom place). Exhausted by the day and the experience, we accepted our fate. The next morning was an entire wasted morning at a timeshare presentation we never wanted on the short trip. The sister resort was beautiful and if it had been just us, we would have lucked out. I am sure they were thinking the bait and switch would be received well by any American family; however, WE WANTED TO BE CLOSE TO FAMILY. They coerced us into an awkward stay situation, with a wasted morning, and gave us a small hotel credit, and acted like we should be thankful to them. The hotel we did like; however, the experience soured us forever on this place and we will be posting elsewhere. UNACCEPTABLE!

Great place to stay

This was our second time staying at the Marina Fiesta. I love that it is right in the Marina in the middle of all the action! Everything is close by. The hotel gave us a complementary drink when we got there. They also gave us a $40 food credit which we happily used to eat by the pool. The food was good. The price for our room was super reasonable. I love the pool and the swim up bar. The staff was very nice. I highly recommend Marina fiesta

We booked pur stay at this property 6 months prior and after a day of travel when we arrived to check in they said they had no rooms and we would have to go to another property, The other property was horrible services away from the rest of our group, We stay at marina fiesta multiple times in the past but never again, and as far as Expedia goes i dont recommend it either they were no help and did want to refund us anything, horrible all around definitely not a good experience with either hotel or Expedia,,, i recommend booking directly and not using third-party crooks

We were not allowed any of the VIPperks, they make you sit and close out a bill every hour even when we were All Inclusive. Staff was NOT helpful. There was no place to eat after 10pm. The swim up bar was not open even though the weather was beautiful and it was spring break. You had to get out and wait for someone to help you.
