I liked the staff and the room was nice. In a good location, with parking. The breakfast was good too. You get some good exercise walking up the hill to the hotel.. ;)

Over priced

Ants crawling all over the place. Location isn't amazing. Way over priced for what it is. Breakfast is basic. No hot water in shower. No sheet on the bed, only a blanket. But on a positive note. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No geral, ok!

Positivo: O café da manhã é bom, as moças muito simpáticas. O atendente do dia muito atencioso. A cama também era boa. negativos: Tivemos alguns contratempos com a equipe da noite, eis que viajamos com criança, e mesmo após as 22h as pessoas bebiam, cantavam e gritavam no corredor, ao solicitar ao atendente da noite, este não gostou e não fez nada para resolver. O box do banheiro vaza água, molha muito o banheiro. O frigobar deixamos suco do meu filho, danone, frutas e eles desligaram ao fazer o serviço de quarto, ao chegar a noite tudo estava quente e perdido.

Pousada em sí é boa. Funcionários educados e solícitos, café da manhã não tinha tantas opções, mas muito gostoso e bem feito. O que eu nao gostei é que o colchão era partido pra aumentar o tamanho da cama. Com isso meu filho que dormia entre nós sempre ficava no vão o deixando desconfortável.

Excelente custo benefício! O diferencial é a simpatia e cordialidade dos colaboradores. Áreas comuns bem agradáveis, o local está passando por reformas de melhorias. O local tem acesso por uma rua bem íngrime. Existe uma área de churrasqueira que pode ser usada pelos hóspedes. Disponibilizam dispenses com shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido. A tarde cafezinho com bolo. A cama do quarto que fiquei não estava em boas condições, tirando isso tudo perfeito!
