Excellent location, friendly staff, restaurant service was not the best, the free breakfast was awesome, but the paid restaurant service was poor , I will go back to this motel for sure , as total experience was 9/10

A localização maravilhosa pertinho da praia, apesar de meio longe de área comercial. Atendimento maravilhoso. Limpeza e café da manhã bom. Bom oferecerem almoço no local mesmo que não seja num valor baixo, até porque não existiria opção perto. Colchão achamos duro. A janela com vista para piscina infelizmente não oferece muito silêncio também. Quarto grande e espaçoso. Achei um mimo ter rede nos quartos. Decoração linda. Variedade de brinquedos. Sauna legal. Piscina ser aquecida quando estava meio frio ou vento bom tbm.

Minha experiência na pousada Laguna.
Pousada com área de lazer muito boa para quem vai com crianças, área kids, sala de jogos, piscina infantil muito legal, funcionários ótimos muito educados e atenciosos, ótima localização realmente enfrente a praia, café da manhã excelente e restaurante tb muito bom, única coisa que deveria ter uma atenção maior é na parte da dedetização, pois apareceu uma barata no meu quarto e outro ponto que precisaria de mais atenção é para limpeza dos banheiros o azulejo estava com bastante lodo nos rejuntes.

Pousada bem localizada de acordo com o que nós procurávamos (pé na areia). Quarto espaçoso, colchão e travesseiros bons, lençóis e toalhas de qualidade, chuveiro bom, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, única questão ruim relacionado ao quarto é que tinha baratas ( acredito que uma detetização resolveria essa questão ).O ponto negativo é relacionado a higiene na área do café da manhã, deixou bastante a desejar.

Estrtuta do hotel é muito boa, piscina aquecida, ar gelando e excelente localização e funcionários muito atenciosos. Falta ventiladores nas áreas comuns por causa do calor e mosquito a noite( restaurante, salão de jogos e a área comum com as poltronas).

Condições gerais péssimas! Não trocam toalhas antes de 3 dias, quarto com cheiro ruim, chuveiro horrível, cama extremamente desconfortável, café da manhã terrível, não tem reposição das coisas, pouca variedade inclusive de frutas que são velhas.. na verdade todas as comidas com jeito de velhas.. chão engordurado.. higiene no geral nota zero. A piscina enorme porém sem condições de uso, ficamos por 3 dias e não teve manutenção da mesma em nenhum deles.. era tão suja que os azulejos que diziam o nome da pousada nem apareciam mais! Enfim, nada a recomendar.. a praia perto ainda é cheia de buracos e não dá pra tomar banho.. as cadeiras disponíveis são poucas e ruins!!! Tudo péssimo
