Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!

Horrible wifi only worked in lobby, no hot water, sandy floors, poor service and communication at reception - didn't work well with hotels.com reservation and on top of everything THE SHOWER ELECTRICUTED ME!.. Plus the sheets didn't fit well so they came off while we were sleeping so you woke up on a disgusting overly used mattress.. All that for $100 really?

Infelizmente tivemos uma experiência muito ruim, o quarto parecia ser improvisado, tínhamos que andar abaixados pelo teto ser para baixo , o ar-condicionado terrível , não gelava , tive que pedir para trocarem o ar , mas mesmo assim não adiantou , colocaram um bem fraquinho , a cama parecia ser improvisada , ela parecia até estar quebrada pois o meio dela curvava até o chão , a porta não trancava direito , realmente não tivemos uma boa experiência, e não recomendo tbm para ninguém, existem opções melhores pelo mesmo preço .

Localização é maravilhosa, mas o restante deixou muito a desejar. Ar condicionado não gela, quarto, lençol , travesseiro sujos. O atendimento foi muito bom, mas higiene precária.

Sem capricho na limpeza nos quartos , higiene não tem , banheiros sujos , cheiros fortes de mofo , ar condicionado barulhento e sem uma limpeza adequada, não tem tapetes no banheiro uma mini lixeira para uso , toalhas encardidas, roupas de cama encardidas . Sem capricho algum para receber hospedar.

Os quartos mais baratos são mofados, muito cheiro de mofo, se estão mofados não justifica colocar disponível e a piscina precisa ser mais tratada a água, achei meio suja. Café da manhã excelente, pessoal bacana.

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel,na primeira vez até gostei mesmo com muita avaliação negativa o café da manhã tbm achei bom da primeira vez que fui .. Agora dessa vez não gostei fiquei num quarto horrível tudo quebrado o ar nem funcionava só fazia barulho, café da manhã cai de decadência só ladeira abaixo só o que valeu mesmo que o hotel é pé na areia de resto não recomendo , não vale o valor que pagamos ,. ventilador de teto todo sujo e quarto fedido

Nunca estive em um lugar tão sujo, com funcionários sem educação, toalhas e lençóis rasgados, local do café da manhã com cheiro horrível, quarto mofado, ar condicionado que não gelava, a tampa do vaso tinha sujeira demais a ponto de dar nojo, não possui internet nos quartos e até a piscina era insalubre. Eu viajo com frequência e para hotéis super simples e nada se compara com a sujeira deste lugar. Sem contar que o check in é às 14h e check out às 10h. Acreditem em todas as avaliações ruins da internet.

Primeiramente que o hotel não é tudo isso que aparenta estar nas fotos do anúncio, os apartamentos possuem um cheiro muito forte, vazo de um do quartos faz barulho, no café da manhã encontrei um copo com marcas de batom o mesmo não foi higienizado corretamente, pessoal que cuida do café da manhã não tem um pingo de simpatia, em fim. Não gostei da experiência e não voltaria novamente

Após lermos as avaliações, ficamos com receio de escolher este hotel, porem, depois que chegamos, vimos que a grande maioria das avaliações eram exageradas. O hotel precisa de uma reforma, pois esta um pouco judiado. O quarto que escolhemos fica com vista para o mar e era bem confortável. Precisa de alguns reparos, mas nada muito grande. O café da manha era bem variado e muito gostoso. O atendimento dos funcionários foi bem normal, não tendo nada a reclamar. A piscina também é muito boa, alem do que fica em frente da praia. A única coisa que deveriam avisar é sobre o estacionamento, pois é um estacionamento rotativo e é cobrado 10,00 a cada 5 horas. De 0 a 5 minha nota para o hotel seria 4.
