It was a horrible experience the bed was un comfortable. There was no towels in the room. I had to go get my own towels gtom downstairs. There was no coffee in the morning. I would not reccomend this hotel.

Called two days before about early check in. Stayed as a convenience for travel. Went to a concert in Missoula. Tried to check in at 250 and the front desk guy just stared at us…said he didn’t have rooms ready, one housekeeper. Wanted us to check in at 2 am when we would be coming back after the concert. Told him we were assured we could get in, get ready and keep driving the hr to the venue. He offered a shower in a room (?) to get ready and check in when we came back. Finally went around the desk and said, I think we have a room with two beds ( 2 of us females) without even looking at the computer and made a key… didn’t ask my name, reservation, for a card…it was bizarre. We didn’t feel safe. Got ready and put everything back in the car and took with us to Missoula. Upon return (2am), nobody was at the desk and neither of us slept well. Left by 8 am. It was a dump. The bathroom wasnt clean and we decided to not even shower in it and just wait for the 3 hrs back to home. It is across from a truck stop/ gas station. Paint coming off the walls inside and out. Slept with my paper spray next to me. The place should be town down and that guy was really really scary!

Filthy truck stop hotel. Could hear through walls, no shampoo, work towel on bathroom floor, drape hanging, overflowing garbage outside, looks like place was pressure washed so paint on outside building chipped off. Filthy filthy filthy

I certainly did not like checking in at 2AM and being given keys to an ALREADY OCCUPIED room! Bedding was clean but cheap, and one bed didn't even have sheets on the mattress itself? Good that we didn't need it. If they had a breakfast we didn't try it; I was concerned I'd find myself sitting down to someone else's food. Okay that's a joke but the bottom line is no, I would not recommend staying here.

The room was good. The breakfast leave something to be desired. The coffee was Olde and Luke warm. There was a waffle maker with no waffle ingredients. I had to microwave water to have hot water for the oatmeal. The cinnamon raisin bagel was wet on one side. I imagine it was frozen and thawed that way. All in all it was OK. I microwave some coffee to help with my oatmeal to get by until I stopped for a meal and proper coffee down the road.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our bed was very comfortable and we received a great night sleep. However, there were some maintenance issues that need to be taken care of on the property.

Emergency door was not locked all night, so anybody could come in and out, and they did. When I tried to check in, the attendant could barely pay attention to me, he was talking to his friends. In the morning, some people needed service, and there was no one to be found so I needed to call. When she came, I told the attendant that these people could not call her as is listed, because they only had international service on their phone. I said, you need to be here at the desk, people need your help. I came down later and she was gone. I would never want to come to this motel again.

Rundown Hotel
The hallways had not been vaccumed in some while and were not clean. Room was clean. Sink drained extreamly slow, and stopper pull was broken so had to pull up plug in sink with fingers. Breakfast room had unmarked juice dispenser with two broken dispensers. Outside of hotel had significant peelling paint. Never seen a Red Lion motel so run down.

My mother was injured at the hotel upon arrival. The curtain rod and curtains fell on her neck. The manager said he was unable to issue a refund but would get ahold of Expedia

Hotel is showing a lot of wear for its age
I've stayed at this hotel before and it seems to be going downhill. The exterior is in need of a fresh coat of paint as the current paint is peeling off. The rooms etc are getting worn and it shows more than I remember from prior visits. There was a dog barking in the hallway in the middle of the night, I didn't realize pets were allowed. Fortunately we had a third floor room so it was quiet other than that. Breakfast was so underwhelming we went elsewhere. Front desk staff was nice and doing what they could to keep up.

This hotel is located across the street from a truck stop. The room was the smallest I've ever stayed in with two queen beds. Hardly enough room to open suitcases up and still walk by. For five people and a pet, it was tight. The bathroom was a bit dirty and the toilet didn't flush well. Breakfast was good, probably the best thing about the hotel.
