They gave us a room where the whole floor smelled like piss. After we requested a different room, they gave us a better floor but this time the room smelled really bad. They dont change bed sheets, you can tell the bed sheets were just fixed from the previous use. The bed had dog hair. For the price, not worth it.

Pay close attention to the change policy
I had personal things come up at home and wanted to change my reservation. Hotels.com and the corporate office were both willing to work with me, even at a small charge; but, the local ownership - Town Pump - would not even talk to me about the change. They said I could check out early, but would not get refunded any money. I will not be staying at any hotel owned by Town Pump again.

When we arrived they only had a king bed for my son and I, even though we booked a double queen in Expedia. They corrected it but charged more. Because of the races we didn’t have an option. I didn’t think that was a very sound business practice.
