When I arrived at the hotel, my phone fell out of my pocket while getting out of the taxi. Even though I was unnerved by the whole situation, the hotel staff were extremely helpful, courteous and patient with me in tracking down the taxi driver. The staff even arranged for a room call when the taxi driver returned an hour later. I can't thank them and their management enough. They were incredibly professional, and well trained. And of course, the check-in process couldn’t have gone any easier. The room and facilities are amazing, and I would easily recommend this place to anyone staying in Busan.

Great stay! Lockers to rent for luggage if arriving early to hotel or leaving late after check out. Quick check in progress. Ocean view room was great! Loved the view, the shampoo & conditioner and liked that we could mirror our phones on the tv or stream from apps like Netflix and disney+. Rooftop pool was nice and had a 7/11 by the entrance. Definitely recommend!
