Great staff, loved my room and they were very welcoming. Definitely made my experience one worth the visit. And the rooftop pool being heated made it perfect for the night time thou it was cold outside. I would definitely stay here again

Nice helpful staff. Great bathroom and rain shower. We had extra guests—- small black bugs that were seen coming out of tv wall when you turned on the light. Otherwise close to beach and near a Starbucks reserve. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants.

Baymond is an excellent hotel with beautiful rooms facing the ocean, a gorgeous pool and hot tub and I especially appreciated the sauna. The food options at the hotel are lacking a bit but overall I highly recommend this property.

Good hotel in Busan

The hotel is very close to the Haeundae beach. The location is convenient - close to the subway and many restaurants. The rooms are clean. The hotel is modern. The service was good. We enjoyed staying there. It is a good hotel in Busan. I would stay there again.

Amazing pool & roof top view

Good location not far from busy area but still quiet. Amazing pool area & city view. Room was spacious. Had to tell reception each day if wanted room cleaned but they generally checked as you went out anyway.

good view of the beach

The hotel is located off the main road, and is in a quiet area, but close to Gunnam-ro. Our room was at the corner and had 2 views of the Heaundae beach, and made for a very relaxing stay. Front desk staff were nice, helpful, spoke English well. The roof deck with its infinity pool (and even a sauna with a glass door) was a great place to chill out.
