Everything! Staff was shabby, no working smoke alarm, nasrt moldy shower, filthy carpets, very outdated furnishings, paint, heaters, AC, looked like a drug house! Should be shut down
Area outside was a mess. Room was clean but cobbled up. No switch plates on electric outlets, dog poop everywhere
in the parking lot. Mice had chewed through the plastic cups. I wouldn't even slow down next time through the area.
The manager herself was very helpful. But the motel itself is old, under partial construction with debris and old furniture left outside, and very dated inside. Clean inside .Highly overpriced on some sites and actually rather shocking in its condition.Stay someplace else if you can. A real dump.
Expedia and Silver Spur must not want repeat customers, as the hotel was sub-standard, and it's hard to believe that anyone, especially Expedia would refer anyone to such a run down crappy place. Standards, standard, standards, cannot say it enough, obviously Expedia has none.
The property is under construction and shouldn't be rented until it is ready. Smoke alarm woke us up in the middle of the night. No towel holders, things are half finished and VERY EXPENSIVE
We checked in and went to our room. There was a pile of garbage to the right of our room with tons of flies and rats. The room had 2 beds and there was a chemical smell that seemed to permeate the entire room. We received 2 plastic cups, no coffee maker, no ice machine. Moildy or dirty bathroom shower. Couldn't wait to get out of there. We were charged 193.00 from Expedia to stay in this dump. The staff were sympathetic to our issues and tried their best to support us. Do NOT stay at this motel!
The rooms are quite outdated, but it was clean and ready to go. The AC worked well and was not too noisy. Despite being on the main street, it was quiet. Some remodeling would be nice, but it was fine, and the price was good! Very convenient for overnight travelers on Hwy 20. I recommend it as a good low-price motel. I would stay there again.

The absolute worst hotel stay we've ever had. Pulled in at 9 pm tired and parking lot has huge pot hole, one space left to park in since there's a couple trailers full of junk parked there. There was just hoarder looking junk everywhere. Have to watch your head going down the stairs cause the cover is too short. The carpet is torn on the stairs and the concrete in front of the rooms is broken. Totally sketchy with people watching us go to our room. I was worried our car was going to get broken in to. Carpet is covered in stains. Chair is covered in stains. TV remote and TV don't work. AC unit doesn't seem to be doing much even though it's right above your head but it makes horrible noises every so often. Crack in the ceiling. Curtains are sheer and mismatched- you could see right through them! Horrible beds and pillows. Half the room was repainted for the oyo brand and the other half was western and old like a horse shower curtain with a funky striped liner and mismatched towels that was all they could find. The bathroom floor had been redone but even that was done poorly--it was already chipping. The painting had been done poorly and was already chipping. People making noise in the night and knocking on doors. Needless to say we didn't sleep and were up at 6 am ready to get the hell out. We weren't the only ones cause the parking lot was mostly empty. Again, no one was at the front desk. Would never stay here again even if someone paid me too!
The hotel was pretty trashy and dirty. The hotel room appeared to be clean and ok. Than night we found multiple bedbugs in each of the beds. We decided to leave immediately. The hotel manager told me since i booked with Expedia that she couldnt give me a refund. She said to make a claim on Expedia and that she would confirm what happened. So i made a claim and Expedia refused to refund because they couldnt get a hold of the hotel manager. So we paid $150 for 3 hours and bedbugs.
Despite having a reservation made a month prior, when we arrived we were told our reservation had been given away and there were no rooms. We had to drive 3.5 hrs, in the middle of the night with no cell service, to find another hotel. Still waiting on a refund.
