My second stay at one of the better choices in Burns. Fine room and friendly staff. Ample breakfast. A little distant from the center of town and its rather limited dining and shopping options.

On check in thebyoungblady was super polite. She let us knoq about the fires that might be in our travel path. She even suggested the best route to take to avoid road closures due to the fires. The furniture in the room is generic but comfortable and clean. Love love LOVE the fact that they had two pillows for each person in the bed. So since i was sleeping alone i had 4 pillows to myself. It wasnt needed because the pillows were not the stupid flat ones. I was very comfortable and would stay here again if i was to come this way again. Very happy. If i had to put a complaint i did not like the shower head. It had no streams in the middle just around the outer edge. Could use better shower heads.

Good and bad. Overall decent.
It was fine. Nothing special. The shower curtain was dirty. Like had mud stains (were going with mud...) The beds were nice! I'm personally not a fan of hard floors. So that was off-putting. Old TV, old bathroom fixtures and old wallpaper. The pool and hot tube are strangely good though! Well kept and clean. Breakfast also punched above the norm. So lots of good mixed with a little bad. 3.5ish out of 5.

The last week we were in 3 different hotels. Of the three this was my favorite. The loved the friendliness of the staff. They were also very informative and we didn't have any questions about anything after her speil. The pool, room and premises was very clean and homey. Not to leave out the wonderful full breakfast they serve. We will be back.

Id definitely return to this hotel!
The clerk at check in (Heather) was very weicoming. She was enthusiastic and thorough. She was the most welcoming clerk i have ever met! She discussed all the things the hotel had to offer. She gave recommendations for dinner. She invited us for 24/7 coffee in the conference room. Heather was the best!
