If all you need is a nice quiet place to spend the night you will not be disappointed in this property. It has everything you need to get a good nights sleep. It has USB ports to charge phones as well as a wireless charger. Fridge and microwave are below the TV area. Conveiniently located near I89 and UVM Medical center as well as shopping center. It had a breakfast included which had cereal, eggs,sausage, toast, english muffins , apple juice, coffee as well as apples, yogurt, muffins, danishes when we stayed.

Booked a room with 2 queens and was given a room with a king and a terrible sofa bed. Asked to switch and was told none available which was inconvenient as I was traveling with my transfer daughter. I heard someone else complaining about the same thing.

The overall property was good, however the window in my room (126) was in need of attention. The track was a mess. They started clearing leaves way too early, it was so loud and woke me up. Could have waited another hour.

Fairly recent updates that are standard, nothing amazing. Our room was by an exit door that slammed every time someone walked thru it. Some level of disrepair even with the updates that keeps this place from having a higher rating

Decent hotel nice that it’s within walking distance to higher ground. Only complaint is the smoke alarm outside of our room was going off every 30 seconds all night due to a battery needing to be replaced. We asked the employee at the front desk to do something about it and she said maintenance would be there in the morning to take care of it. I offered to change the batteries for her but she refused so we slept with ear plugs in. Annoying for the price of the room!

Don’t book with this hotel
I recently stayed at The Inn at Burlington, and it was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The TV in my room didn’t work at all – it turned on, but there were no channels, not even local ones, and the internet on the TV was completely useless. When I asked to switch rooms, the front desk refused to help, and the receptionist was incredibly rude. I travel to Burlington every month, and I used to stay here regularly, but this last visit left a really bad impression. To make matters worse, they refused to give me a refund, insisting the TV was fine, which clearly wasn’t the case. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially given the poor customer service and the dismissive attitude of the staff. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.
