Updated decor with hotel name change. Comfortable bed. Nice Kleenex in bathroom, not cheapo rough stuff. Doors are so loud and they bang close all night. Hard to sleep with loud doors banging and dogs barking.

for the price I paid for one night I was expecting better customer service, the guy at the front desk not very friendly, did not say anything about the hotel, on the phone the entire time with another customer. Never told me breakfast or anything at all. Not welcoming and I haven’t seen any one at the front desk

Room seemed newly renovated. Nice set up with couch and desk area too. Too much fragrance smell wondering if it was to cover something up? Bathroom door was loud in each room as we heard them throughout our short stay. Bed was hard if you are used to memory foam like us.

Check-in was OK... Nothing bad, but at $392 a night you'd expect at least early check-in to be available (without an additional $50 fee). The room was very clean and above average comfortable, but I'm disappointed with the overall lack of value and feeling of upper scale at this rate.

Well the room was average not great for the price. I wouldn't say it had value for the price. The coffee in the morning was the worst I have ever had Super 8 is better. The checkout clerk didn't know how to print a receipt with charges for the stay and had to call a mgr and he had to figure it out too maybe because i booked with hotels.com. I had no breakfast as offered because there was a busload of leaf peepers there and they were given first access preference and I had to get home. Won't stay there again if I don't have to.
