Mold in bathroom tub and sink. Room was freezing upon entry. Staff at Front Desk super friendly but very rude housekeeper this morning and breakfast lady over people tracking in snow.

Every thing was excellent. The night for 2 adults was great under 200 plus tax, but soon we changed the room to 3 adults, the night cost jumped to close to 400 with tax. Besides that everything was great.

It was very expensive considering how old the facility is. Would have expected a higher end facility for the price. Also, the main curtains couldn't be closed because the rod was broken - all we had were the sheer curtains. We made do. But for the price, everything should have been in top notch condition.

The room itself was very clean. We stayed 4 nights. The first night we had no heat, while it was 40 degrees outside. I called the front desk in the morning to let them know my heat never kicked on during the night and the room was freezing. The woman told me someone would be right up. Meanwhile, myself, my husband and my son all got ready and over an hour had passed and no one came up to look that the heater. We had plans and needed to leave so I stopped at the front desk to find out why no one has come up to look at it. The man at the desk knew nothing about it. The lady never even told him or reached out to maintenance at all to even have it looked at… I paid close to 300 a night and I wasn’t happy. We left and came back about 5 hours later and I was fixed but it was just the point. I should have to pay for a room that’s not heated. They also are replacing windows in some rooms and I was informed they would be doing that the morning after I checked in by a paper left in my door.. that they would be working on certain rooms Monday -Friday 7am to 5pm. The exact same days we were staying at the hotel.. should have been info that they disclosed at my check in.. the halls were freezing from it and the guys doing the windows were staying in the hotel and took over the hot tub every night from 5 when they were done working until 11 when the hot tub hours were over. Swearing while myself and our 3 year old son were trying to swim and enjoy the pool. The pool was also freezing!!

Basic older holiday inn. Nice staff, easy check in. Rooms could be cleaner, parts of bathroom missed during cleaning. Overall fine for short business stay on lower end of quality for the price point.

The rooms were ok. Decent bed and space. Bathroom was cleanish. Could use a better cleaning. Staff were nice. The heater/AC kicked on every 1-2 hours and it was so loud. Very hard to sleep. The gym had mostly broken equipment.
