We stayed in a king suite. The air conditioner in the bedroom did not work and was not fixed during our 4 night stay. Also the handle to flush the toilet was “tricky.” It would rotate all the way round.

Day shift assistant manager was not friendly at all. . She loves to show customer she is powerful. She does not like interruption. She yelled to a handycap lady. She must be fired in a heartbeat.

We had a two night stay and unfortunately had a family emergency where we had to leave unexpectedly - we gave the hotel plenty f notice and time to book the second night of our visit and they were unwilling to work with us in any way for a discount or credit. We will never stay in a Hampton Inn again.

Valeur sûre et fiable

On ne se trompe pas avec la marque Hampton Inn de Hilton. J’aurais aimé une chambre rénové (les tapis étaient vieux et l’odeur était moyenne dans la chambre. Le staff était très gentil, l’emplacement est parfait . Ils pourraient aussi ajouter de la vraie vaisselles pour être un peu plus écologique .
