Excellent manager-Michael. Good customer service and attention to detail. Kind breakfast staff worked hard to keep all of the patrons fed and happy during the stressful transition to move kids in for college. They're hard work was appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!

We really liked our stay at the inn. We would definitely go back again. The room was big and clean and the staff was super nice and helpful. Checking in and checking out took less than 5 mins. The only thing is that they don’t offer daily housekeeping but we just asked for more towels at the lobby:)

Fantastic stay. Set up of the suite was perfect for 2 parents and a child. Would stay again. We visit Burlington to see family and plan on staying here again.

A beautiful property-extremely clean and well maintained; great rooms; the breakfast is one of the best we have seen, and the staff was terrific. In particular I need to point out the gentleman who checked us in and seemed to be at the desk most of the times we walked by-His name is Michael and He was helpful, polite, humorous, and made us all feel very comfortable (not to denigrate anyone else on the staff-they were all great). A great stay and we will be back.

First their policy of not making up your room each day. While I do understand not changing sheets etc it would be nice at such an expensive hotel ti have them make the bed and tidy up each day Secondly there was no internet TV and very spotty internet in general. Definitely not worth the $$

We chose this hotel for the suite option as our room was like a small apartment. We had a great location at the end of the hall, super quiet. Cocktail hour was much appreciated....3 nights a week. Fun and yummy. Breakfast sort of basic but did the trick. We love using the hot tub on a few occasions. Coffee and tea available all day. Parking is plentiful.Close to everything we wanted to visit. Lots of shopping options in an around the area. Lots of interesting breweries to experience. Would consider again.

Fabulous Hotel, The staff, the breakfast, the rooms, the location. Everything was perfect, The only negative I had was that I had to pay for parking. What hotel outside of major downtown cores charge for parking ?
