Check in was fine and people were very nice. When we returned from dinner and getting ready for bed, my husband flushed the toilet and it immediately filled up. We called desk and told them and within 20 minutes a man came up to plunge it. The breakfast was good ..it having eggs and sausage, although part of the sausaage was hard due to fact it had been there a while. Also, at breakfast, I noticed a person who apparantly was checking in that appeared to be a homeless person. He looked lilke it and he immediately went to eat then he wheeled his cart to his room. Very uncanny looking. Anyway that was my opinion.

Very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and was clean for the most part. Our sheets had a stain or two which made me think adversely. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The place is very run down. Old carpet, tiles falling off the wall, bathroom faucet loose and falling apart. Not sure how this hotel could be rated "Outstanding" Enough to sleep over one night, I will never return
