The check in manager took excess time discussing changes with the property that was not necessary. I had to tell her I needed to go to work, in order to get her to stop delaying me. At 10am a man was at my hotel room door. He announced House keeping, repeatedly. I got up, stated just a moment. Wrapped in a sheet not exposing myself. I unlocked the door handle started to crack open the door, the housekeeper put his hand on the exterior door and pushed to open the door. I had the chain lock on, it jerked in it's socket because he pushed the door so hard. I scrame slammed the door in his face. Upon check out I let the lady at the counter which was not the lady at check in know I did not appreciate what the man did. I told her she was lucky I am not the type of person who trashes the room. She let me know she didn't take a deposit. She stated to have her unnecessary roll on conversation. I walked out. The man should of never forced the door. The lady passing herself off as the manager should not be reduplicated her identity by having one at check in and one at check out.

No working tv, few electrical outlets, one old chair. No coffee or water in the office. As barebones as it gets. The water pressure was good and it was clean.

My c.c. was stolen and unfortunately someone had made a reservation at this place and when the property was notified they refused to refund my money. Shady businesses usually don't stay in business for long. I hope the 175 dollars was worth all of the negative press you're going to get.... If I was running this place I would run it based on 1 key dynamic that has stood up through the test of time. Treat people and potential guests the way you would want to be treated. If someone stole your information would you want your money back that you worked hard for? I think you would.

Big room plus. Queen mattress on a king box spring. No table like in picture. Couch old sink down into couch. Had to wait 45 mins to check in. Have to pay for a refrigerator when I shows In pictures and I was in a suite on the river. Pool was not in service. Not acceptable in the summer months. Floors were mopped with dirty water. I know this because they were cleaning the room when we got there. It is a peaceful place though. Key card stoped working on the second day also. Only had one Roach so that was not bad. I think it was a water bug though. Lobby has no ac very hot to wait for your room. Return your room key. 25.00 a card if you don’t.

Lodge on the River is a great place to stay in the Laughlin/Bullhead City area! The room was clean, comortable, and offered stunning river views. Staff was exceptional - friendly and helpful. Perfect location for relaxation and/or adventure. The lodge's ambiance was cozy and inviting. Can't wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This place doesn't even have cable TV. When I got into the room and turned on the TVI just had a snowy screen when I asked the staff to assist they came back with a literal antenna to hook up to the TV and when I asked about the cable they said that the owner got rid of the cable to save money. Even the Cheapest motels have cable TV that's like a necessity nowadays. I was done within 10 minutes of being there we actually ended up leaving and not even staying there. Yes we lost the $70 we paid to stay but really no cable??

No water machine.
The room facilities are few, the breakfast is simple, and the beverage machine does not serve. The room was clean, but the bathtub and toilet had old dirt. The water output from the shower head is small. There is only one trash can. The TV is under maintenance. The staff are attentive.

This place is a dump. Hairs stuck to the walls, dirty bedding, dirty bathrooms, dirty sink. No trash and inside. Do not stay here

Dont do it!!
Gross, and needs new staff. Entirely. Maybe get enough Tvs so each room has at least one. Hair on the soap, ceiling fan looks like it has NEVER been cleaned, someone’s body pillow used as “pillows “ on front bedroom bed. 2 bdrm “suite”, not one tv. After waiting around for them to go grab one from another room, finally directed to a room just as equally gross. Tv propped up on dining table in a room with a dirty futton to sit and watch it on. Are you kidding??At check in the sketchy lady informed me “ rhe pool will be closed for maintenance tonite” what a joke, that pool hasnt been cleened all season. It was just a gross the next am. Trash piled out of, on top of and all around the trash can 6 ft from our door. Never ever again.Be carefulonline NOT to book this dump by mistake when intending to book River Lodge across the river. That would be bery hard to stomach!!

We reserved 2 rooms. We called early in the morning on day of check in to make sure our rooms were next to each other, because we have 2 autistic children that have to be separated, but we need to be close for support. We were assured that they were. When we arrived, we were told they were not. After some time they were able to get us 2 rooms next to each other. We were informed that the pool was not open due to maintenance issues, also that were no drink, snack or ice machines and no breakfaset served. When we got to our rooms one room had no working TV and no remite. The door looked like it had been kicked in, the safty chane was broken off the door jam and was found across the room. The dead bolt was broken and would not work. Both rooms had no towels and the hatd wood floors were extremely dirty. The pther room had a big problem with ants. When i called to complain and ask for the deficiencies be fixed. The person who said they were the manager would call maintenance but could not guarantee that they would show up.when i complained about that because i needed the safety chain due to our autistic children i was told "I can check you out" nobody ever brought anything, or fix anything. I had to sleep on the floor next to the door to assure my little guy would escape. Definitely not recommended. In this case the pictures and description of this property are completely false.
