Good stay overall, though a little surprised to be on the medical/hospital campus. If being surrounded by hospitals is a bummer for you, maybe not your spot. But still nice, and a decent, walkable location near downtown. Quiet and friendly.

I am a Roswell patient, and it’s nice that they are attached to the hospital, the only thing is I wish they would extend the out time for the family of the patients so they don’t have to wait in the waiting room at the hospital

The rooms could use updating for sure, however they seemed clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were super helpful and welcoming. We utilized the shuttle (free for downtown, $25 for airport).

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The free shuttle service is so convenient!!! The driver took us to a fabulous restaurant which I would highly recomend…Mother’s. Would absolutely stay again.

We booked a suite with microwave and fridge, no plates cups utensils towels washing up liquid, very bad. 6th floor stunk of weed, our room stunk of weed the whole time!!!!! Front desk staff and valet parking excellent. Kitchen breakfast staff poor, everything kept running out. TV’s in breakfast area should have closed caption, useless as they are. Form letters are awful, with insert name in brackets throughout. Very mixed experience, things were either excellent or awful

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff
I used the Wyndham recently while staying overnight for a concert. The hotel has a shuttle service that drove to downtown that was free of charge. All of the staff was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend their hotel.
