On était très mal accueilli par une (femme un peu âgé) elle ne répondait même au bonjour, ni serviable elle parle toujours avec un ton agressif et haineux, plus la chambre les draps et le tapis sont trop sal surtout le tapis du sol on arrive même pas à faire un pas sans chaussures ( comme si y’a un truc mous, peut être du liquide versé..! Et n’a jamais été nettoyé)

Last Resort Place

There’s no sign or clear indication of the location making it hard to locate. The walls are peeling and falling apart. The staff is terrible at cleaning, had to have the room cleaned twice because they kept missing spots, had to literally POINT out all of the hair in the tub I hadn’t used! I think the only reason it’s not a 1 is because it has a tv, microwave and refrigerator in the room.

we asked for a refund within minutes of check in. the desk guy said OK and now Expedia is saying they are refusing to credit my card. i use Expedia so much and im so angry! the outside of the hotel looks condemed. the stucco is cracked or missing and the parking lot is also cracked with weeds. we checked in and immediately realized we made a mistake. the walls inside the room are also cracked with missing stucco, my daughter asked the front desk for an iron to check for bedbugs and he was unable to find one in any room for about 15min. the sheets appeared extremely wrinkled, such as they look after being slept in, there were numerous scary stains and pieces of...something stuck to the bed. as if someone crawled in after a rough day.

You get what you pay for, we checked in late and ended up in a smoking room, I don’t smoke (at all) that room smelled like there was 100 years worth of smoking. The front desk person suggested we check the room before he finalized check in which I appreciated but it was late there were other rooms, I’m from out of state what was I going to do get on the internet and search for a new place. Bathroom could definitely used repairs. Pictures were dated and misleading. Location was good.

Here’s my blunt review. The pictures I saw on Expedia when booking those place look totally different when I arrived. The outside of the building has paint peeled off, especially the front of the building, entrance is unappealing, carpets are dirty and smelly. You can smell the odor walking down the hallway. Rooms were not cleaned properly, tiles off wall in bathroom, bathroom tub horrible, the lamps in the room stained, ceiling show patches from leaks. AC filthy dirty, looks moldy. Holes and cracks in wall. The ice buckets dirty. I have the pictures and video to proof it. This is the worse hotel I’ve stayed in all my live. I couldn’t sleep for those three days. I spoke to a staff and they told me they’ve gotten complains from other guests but the manager does nothing about it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Expedia should make a visit to the hotel and inspect the property before posting these pictures. I was trying to find another hotels to book after i arrived but all booked because of graduations.

While it is budget friendly this property is in need of upgrades and maintenance. The room had a very stale odor almost like old smoke. The popcorn ceiling had a sagging area and spots possibly indicative of water damage. The toilet had black hair on the side and the lock was broken on the door. The chair contained stains and the dressers had spots that appeared to potentially be mold. There was an area near the bed that appeared to have been patched but not repainted. There was a hole where the toilet paper roll had not been fixed. The staff member that checked me in however seemed very kind and warm. Would love to see this facility get a makeover and feel safer and clean!
