I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and our room was not cleaned and when I called housekeeping I was told our room was not in the book. Also when I asked for fresh towels I was told they can give me one. On Saturday morning I was standing in line to serve breakfast and some one cut the line so I let him go thinking he’s a guest in a hurry. Little did I know he was the front desk clerk!!! So unprofessional and rude. The location of the property is convenient but the property on the whole is terrible and after our experience I won’t be returning! Very disappointed with the whole experience!

The desk clerk was very efficient and gave we seniors a room very close to the parking area. The breakfasts were generous and delicious.

The property is extremely run down. Had major issues at check in and had to accept a sub par room that had just been vacated by another guest or we would not have gotten a large enough room. Very expensive for the dilapidated state of the property. One male ( gentlemen with braids and facial hair) on staff was the only one that seemed to care or understood how the room bookings were.

Where do i start for one the room was terrible from hairs in the bathroom to wall paper falling off as well as mold on the bathroom mirrior frame like crazy place the room took over an hour to warm up no good view of anything couldn't really enjoy tv due to people above stamping and mess all night like it was terrible stove smelt like it was on fire so we definitely didnt use it. Mad dirty spots on furniture like where is the money for new investments inside the hotel its a sad place to stay at

I love the location, which is why i continue to book here. Breakfast is mediocre. The space near elevators is a challenge, switching guests on and off. When the hotel is fully booked, the lounge is not adequate for the amount of guests versus space. Staff is very polite

Cheap, too cheap
Very outdated hotel, carpets with stains, peeling wall paper, damaged kitchen cabinets. Clean, but ugly. Breakfast was a joke, worst I have ever seen. It is the cheapest hotel in the area, so basically I got what I paid for. In addition they double charged my CC and I still did not get creadit back, 2 weeks after my trip. Stay away.

The rug was so full of stains that it stunk the minute you opened the door. All the wallpaper is pealing. Furniture is so full of stains I wouldn't let a dog sit on it. Lamp switch broken so had to plug and unplug from outlet, No door to the bedroom, only the frame remained. Both windows were unlocked. which was alarming, bc we were on the first floor. The outer doors to the back parking area are not locked even though they have card readers. No usb ports anywhere, so that tells you how old this place is. Just generally disgusting. The ice machine is just an illness waiting to happen. It has a sliding door and it opens to the ice. There is a sign that says use scoop, but I couldn't find the scoop, so I used the ice container as a a scoop, but any one could use their hands, or put anything in the ice that they wanted. Very dangerous situation. When we left there was a dirty tissue laying on top the machine. I'm sure this machine is against the NY health dept guidelines. I don't think this place has been updated since it was built, it is just disgusting.

The hotel canceled our booking and did not tell us. We were stuck and had to book a much smaller room. Expedia came through in assisting us! Would not recommend this hotel. Service and hotel have good down hill since it came under new management.

This property should not advertise that they have airport shuttle service. I waited almost 40 minutes in extremely cold weather for a pick up at the airport, after initially being told by the uninformed staff person answering the phone that they don't have shuttle service that late (even though I called in advance to make sure that they did). This ended up very negatively impacting the rest of my trip. In addition. the shuttle driver taking me back to the airport the next day to get my rental car went on a long unprovoked rant about politics and how women should stay at home and not try to get involved in politics, they are meant to have babies, on & on in spite of my protests. It was horrible and I feel like he should not be in any job where he's going to rant like that- to a WOMAN, no less!! Very, very offensive. In spite of the room being decent, the shuttle experience both ways (in addition to have to wait for the shuttle in the morning in spite of requesting at check-in that a shuttle pick me up at 9 am) absolutely ruined my stay. Never again.

Honestly, from the reviews I was expecting it to be awful. But while it was dated and somewhat run down, for what I paid, I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean although not in great repair and outdated. I wouldn't have a problem staying there again.
