It was dirty and the room smaller than other similar hotels. The breakfast and coffee were not good either.

The hotel is located close to shopping and dinning facilities. Staff was friendly and our room was clean. Despite limited choices breakfast was generous. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay. We will consider staying in this facility when we visit Buffalo next time.

There was a fire alarm at 4am; that can't be helped. But the poor guy working overnight was in over his head, didn't know what to do, and communicated nothing to the guests. He tried to avoid us actually, those that came out. Quite a few just stayed in their rooms!
