The room was in very poor condition. There appeared to be black mold in the shower, and several tiles were coming loose. The shower head was broken, causing water to run down the wall and shower caddy. Adjusting the shower head only made things worse, as it would spray water through the shower door and onto the bathroom floor — there was no practical way to direct it properly. The sink drain was clogged and took a long time to empty. Thick dust had accumulated on most fixtures and curtains, suggesting the room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in quite some time. The curtain rods were barely attached to the wall, hanging on by a single small screw, and felt like they could fall off with minimal effort. There was visible dust and debris in the window tracks, and what looked like mold. We also noticed dark stains on the bed sheets. The mini fridge had standing water at the bottom, which was concerning. The hallways were equally unkempt — dark, dirty, and filled with a strong smell of propane. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here. This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms we’ve ever encountered.

Shower was only luke warm, very little water pressure. Suspicious hairs on the bed comforter. One of the staff members was laying on the floor behind the desk. At first we thought maybe she was cleaning but she was still down there half an hour later. Bed was comfortable.

I love this property! But at the time of my stay the gentleman checking me in was not very friendly (maybe had an off day) and the dryer was not working. There was no out of order sign posted. I had already washed my load and had to run out to a laundromat to dry my clothes and it was just inconvenient. At checkout the lady that checked me out was very friendly, welcoming and super helpful! Overall this is my fav hotel when flying out of BUF! Super close and very convenient not to mention their breakfast and assortments offered are great!

The beds were too small, they weren't comfortable, and they were very close to the floor. The only good things about this place is it's 5 mins from the airport and the front desk staff and Billy the shuttle driver are amazing!!! They definitely deserve a bonus and a raise!!!
