The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The hotel is somewhat in need of maintenance. Mattresses are older. Toilet flange needs fixed as toilet rocks back and forth, broken lock on bathroom door, fridge making a popping sound all night that I finally unplugged it. A fresh coat of paint would help. The ice maker didn’t work on two floors. So yeah it’s an older hotel that needs some TLC.

Staff overall is great but the shuttle driver who drove us to the airport made a comment to my wife and said “ I guess I’m working for free” thinking he wasn’t going to get a tip not knowing I had $5 ready to give him but when I heard the comment I decided not to give him his tip

The entire state was a nightmare. The room was dirty. The power kept going out. The police were busting someone on the hallway. The staff was unhelpful. I'm not a complainer, we just needed a place to sleep, but this was just shocking.

The jacuzzi room had broken tiles in the shower, a broken shower head that made it almost impossible to shower without soaking the ceiling and shower door area. The bed was so concaved in the middle, my guest and I spent most of the night rolling around due to being so uncomfortable. The hotel claims to be smoke free yet the halls of the 3rd floor we were on smell of weed badly. The jacuzzi tub had to be manually drained as If lever was pushed it would go back up.

I will not be sleeping in at the Sleep Inn
The shower is all chipped up. The furniture looks like my cat chewed it. The shower leaks onto the floor. The shampoo smelled amazing. There is an overhead light in the shower so super bright. Once I figured out how to work the temperature and change the intensity of the shower head, it was more tolerable. Also you have to flush like three times for it to work. LIke it shoots down but no water really cleans the bowl and you have to keep flushing to get the bowl to fill to flush and like clean the bowl. So even just for a pee, toilet paper just sits there. One of the screws in the shower door is also sticking half way out and the shower head was completely calcified.
