The staff was very friendly. The rooms were exceptionally clean. the problem was there was no Wi-Fi in my room. I know it's because I had Wi-Fi everywhere else. During my stay. Breakfast was coffee and some pastries any thing else you had to buy. 3 star's.

I thought that the decor was unique and the staff were very accommodating. The property is located at a location were you will need to either have a vehicle or Uber to get around. The only two downsides I had were the free wifi did not work and that there is complentary breakfast, not even muffins or donuts.

Nice and clean, only the 3 days we were there, only 2 staff members were actually accommodating. No shampoo, no soap, toilet wouldn’t flush, jacuzzi didn’t work, we had to come to the front desk everyday for a new card. When I asked about coffee cups and creamer etc for our room, I was told there are only 15 housekeepers here, it is your responsibility to ask for those things, what!!!! All the B.S. from the garden place, all the excuse, we had to go to use the bathroom elsewhere! The property mgr refused to give us anything back. Nice guys!!! Coming back to a place I was married at yrs ago was a definite let down. Shame on you. No shampoo, offered 1x2 bar soaps for our 3 day stay, nice. Rude, lying staff, as the girl on swing said we will have someone check your jacuzzi @11, they’re will be 2 people on, never happened. The other girl said it’s my responsibility to ask housekeepers for things???? Am I supposed to wait all day for the housekeeper. All I can say, is shame on you

Salvatore’s is an older hotel that definitely has a certain vibe - and we love it. We love the over the top 90s italian vibes with mirrors and crystals and dark woods and gold accents. The staff are warm and welcoming, the beds are comfortable. We had an older room, not refurbished- it looked like the photos on the website, whereas other rooms we could see had new headboards and other things. The room was very very clean. The furnishings are old and warm but in good repair. It’s a weirdly cosy and romantic place to spend a weekend. It has a certain intangible something. It also has crazy statues, lots of faux flowers and many rooms include a gold and green hot tub that is big enough for two. One of the great perks is the free transportation over to their restaurants. We had our car so we actually went over to Russells steakhouse which is owned by the same people but in a different hotel (The grand hotel). Always delicious and Russell himself greeted us! You can’t beat the price for Salvatore’s garden hotel, so if you’re into some kitsch theming and amazing friendly staff, you found your place!

We have stayed at this property several times and this will likely be our last. Over the past 3 years the property has really gone down hill, the furniture is old and needs to be replaced. Both chairs in our room were broken and the bed seemed to want to taco in almost every spot we tried to lay, it was so bad, we even tried to sleep in different directions.

Nice for the price..

Hotel is really nice. a reminder of the days when Niagra Falls was a honeymoon destination. Close enough to the falls and buffalo we got to see a lot due to its location. Housekeeping did not do our room the entire stay which I found disappointing.
