We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel during our trip. We arrived at 5:00 PM, only to be told that our rooms were not ready due to a shortage of cleaning staff. I had an infant who was exhausted after a long day, and we were forced to wait until 6:30 PM to check in. Even then, the rooms were clearly not cleaned properly,we’re not even sure if the beddings were changed. To make matters worse, there were no towels in the room. When we called room service to request some, we were told that a family member would need to come down and pick them up because they were short-staffed. We also noticed garbage left in the bathroom trash cans. Overall, the staff seemed indifferent and the level of service was unacceptable. This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had.

Perfectly fine stay

Just stayed 1 night and it was fine. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The property was not so clean but it was secure and felt safe. The elevator wasn’t working so we just used the stairs.

This property is terrible! First they checked me into a room someone was already staying in and then the next room was dirty with cigarette butts on the dresser and peoples items left behind in the bathroom

From the moment at check in there was alot of confusion since I booked 2 nights separately. I thought both nights were taken care of as I checked in very late. When I got to the room it was very outdated, dingy and amenities not filled. I had no towels. The next night I was called at 11pm while sleeping saying my second night was not paid for. This was a surprise to me since I was told it was Friday night. I was told I had to come down in the next 10 minutes take care of this. At this point i have been up for over 57 hours and was sleeping. I walked down there and paid it. Poor service, poor quality of room, inconsistent check in, all around bad experience.
