Nice hotel, id stay again
Really nice hotel. Right off the highway. A mall and lots of food choices close. Has a bar and showed NFL games on a 20' screen. Let me check in early for an extra $25. Breakfast provided as well! It was close to the train station i needed to use as well!

This property is an old broken dilapidated piece of garbage and should be avoided at all costs. I would not stay here again even if it was free The hallways show cracked walls and missing ceiling tiles everywhere. Rooms doors taped closed with plastic wrap like there is bug problems. This hotel was once a good property and sadly is no longer the case

Understand what you getting into but Great!
This is a really cool. Some very nice amenities and great location. However, this is not a 5 star, brand new hotel. The price was affordable and right on base for what we got. It has a lot of cool old school like an indoor pool surrounded by plants and a great bar. That being said, there are lots of places it needs renovations. Nothing gross or broken but it could use some love. Our first floor room did have 2 steps between the beds and the bathroom.

It was an okay stay, the rooms are decent, nice facilities. One of the elevators was out of service for our entire stay. Didn't even look like they were trying to fix it. The hotel was very busy with lots of sports teams so it was really long waits for the one elevator and everything, lobby, pool, etc. was very busy. But besides that the room was nice

There was only one elevator working. The other elevator was broken. Housekeeping only cleaned our room once during our 4-day stay. If you need extra toiletry you need to go to the front desk to get it.

Room smelt like weed, bathroom could've used a deep cleaning and updating i.e. shower curtain was torn in several spots, pipes rattled when using hot water in the shower, chipping paint in the tub, tiles were dirty. The beds were great though

Genrally speaking, the property is great and family friendly, but we discovered bed bugs alive and moving inside our bed after getting into bed at about 8:00 p.m. this evening. Staff were wonderful helping us handle it,.nonetheless, bed bug exposure is no small thing. We are driving home at the moment, and my kiddo I soretty distressed (he found the bugs first.) We've also had to cancel our prepaid tickets for Buffalo botanical gardens tomorrow, and my 6 year old will be without his treasured blankie until we can be sure there is no contamination. Hoping the hotel will not only fully refund our room but compensate for clothing that needed to be discarded, extra cleaning, travel costs, and our tickets tomorrow. Again, staff were kind, quick and responsive - we.deeply appreciate that. But eek, we are grossed out.
