First we were sent to a room where the door was wide open, and there was a machine to take away smell. Then we got sent to another room and the sheets were all stained. We asked for new sheets, where told they’d be sent up hours go by and nothing. We asked again and never got the sheets.

The pool needs to be looked at both my children were experiencing severe eye irritation after swimming in the pool for 20minutes. My son was in so much pain he couldn’t even let me look at his eyes

There were shopping carts left as you were driving onto the property, but the hotel itself is really nice, and so was the staff. Staff seen I had my hands full with my baby and bags and offered to bring my extra pillows up to the room for me. ( p.s If your bringing a baby, there are no cribs at this particular property, which is why I was offered the extra pillows)

The room was exceptionally clean & spacious check in was very fast . Overall the stay was good ,only thing which was negative was the walls you can hear guests in next room . However I would definitely recommend this hotel hallways and lobby exceptionally clean area was quiet but close enough to all amenities.

The deadbolt in my room was not fully functioning. I checked in after 8 pm and let staff know right away. They told me maintenance was on their way but couldn’t give me any idea of when. I really needed to sleep, and I was able to figure out how to lift the door so the deadbolt engaged. I was told maintenance would take care of it after I checked out.

The hotel had a very strong fragrance like they were trying to cover another smell. Our room smelled like a dog was in there , nothing against animals but I don’t think people traveling without pets should have pet rooms. Everything just looked very outdated the paint was chipped off the backs of the doors the shower was dirty. The staff isn’t welcoming at all I paid for early check in the man at the counter claims he couldn’t see it on his end but I showed him my account where I requested and paid for it to be 11am check in we didn’t arrive until 1pm and the room still was not ready
