Would have given this property 5 stars but I left my Google Earbuds, on the bed, in the room when we checked out. When I called to ask for them I was told they weren't found. I know they were left on the bed by mistake. Disappointed that the employee wasn't honest enough to return them.

This was a nice facility, but for the price I was disappointed to find pubes in the shower, and that the large bottle of body wash was completely empty. Front desk staff was great, but they could do better with housekeeping staff. I was also disappointed that there was no early morning airport shuttle, so we had to pay for a taxi and still missed our 7:30am flight. I am writing this from the airport as we wait here all day for the next available flight at 4:30pm.

The hotel room did its job.
The plastic cover for my swipe card on the door was missing and electronics exposed. The door itself kept sticking and required quite a bit of force to open or shut and made a loud noise as it would hit the frame. The wall above the tv in line with the heating and cooling vent had dust and cob webs stuck to the wall. Usually each time I went to use the elevator from the lobby there were cleaning carts just sitting in plain view. The doors and frames in my floor seemed generally beat up with scrapes or dents and need a fresh coat of paint.

Great central location for shopping. Wonderful hot buffet breakfast was included. Very clean and very quiet suite. Even close to the highway, this hotel allowed a very restful, restorative and peaceful sleep with black-out curtains and comfy bed. Attentive front desk. No problem parking. Would recommend!

the hotel put a security deposit on my credit card without telling me that they were going to do so. I only found out when I compared my bill to my credit card statement to find out an extra $50 had been charged. Then had to try and chase the hotel down - no one answers the phone at the hotel, I had to call central reservations to get them to get a hold of the hotel for an explanation, Shame on the hotel and I'll never stay at a Hilton again.
