I like my stay at Hyatt Place. Registration was so fast and easy. Employees were so friendly. Breakfast delicious and everyday different, dinning room big and clean. Beautiful property and room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The A/C never reduced the temperature from 75 degrees even though it was set to 70 the entire time we were there and the outside temp wasn’t above 80 degrees. No microwave in the room. Very few power outlets in the room made things more challenging and less convenient than you would hope for. There was no water dispenser in the lobby or ice machines that we could find on our floor. The beds and pillows were awful and we all woke up very sore and tired. The water spout in the bathroom nearly fell off when using it. Just not well maintained at all.

This was our third time staying at a Hyatt Place and by far this facility had a poor condition. The location was very good, near the airport and a very quiet area. The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport, which was great. There are no shops or restaurants around it except one that we didn't get to try. The hotel has some food options that were pretty good. The breakfast that was offered was good and was great to have. The quality was okay. Liked this hotel very much for the free parking, the shuttle to the airport, free WIFI and the breakfast. No other hotel in the surrounding area offered all of this. The staff were great. Very helpful and pleasant. Our only issue with this hotel was the facility needs some TLC. The room we stayed in was very clean, but the carpet had a stain, the toilet had cracks, and the tub had water stains and scratches around the drain. The pool also needed care. The One other thing to note, this location is further away from Niagara Falls. Need a car to get around. Overall, we had a nice stay. Not sure if we will stay again at this location. We do like Hyatt Place very much and would stay at any location they have wherever we travel. Thank you again staff.
