The hotel was lovely and super close to the Shea theatre where we had tickets for DWTS. Only issue is there is no parking on site so you have to drive a bit to park the car.

It was very loud with the tram which runs from 630am to midnight also parking situation is hard walking 5 min in the cold. The hotel would be perfect and I am aware they can't change where they are located. We will continue to come back when we need to go downtown for anything

Super clean property and room!!! The suites with the separated bedroom are a great change of pace compared to a traditional studio like room. Everything worked and was in great shape. Shower was great, talk about high water pressure. Bed was comfy and clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My one huge complaint about my stay is that there was not any parking available for our stay. We had to park down the street in a parking garage and walk a couple blocks to the hotel and the parking cost us $20 to stay for the day and over night. There should be some paid for parking available or at least have our parking validated.

The location was great, the service however, was not. For almost 200 dollars this stay was certainly rather uncomfortable. Stained walls and corners, a tub that had mold in it, paint scratches on doors, noise as early as 6 am due to our window being beside the garbage receptacles AND the best of it all, NO PARKING. We had to haul all of our things in and out our car and walk three blocks to get to the "recommended" parking garage, which added 20 dollars to our already steep stay. I think the only good thing was the receptionist, who charmed us with her professionalism and elephant charms. Will not be staying there again. I'd rather drive through Buffalo downtown than waste 200 dollars in a very mediocre and dirty hotel.

Decent hotel close to Shea’s and restaurants. Free on street parking. Suites are spacious and clean. Bed is ok, could feel the center dip. Room was 84 degrees when we got in, luckily it cooled down quick, but couldn’t open windows at all to get cool air in.

Every thing was good except for the fact there was not an onsite restaurant. You had to order from a restaurant and have food delivered to the hotel except for breakfast. Also, we were told that the shuttle does not transport customers to the airport. However the morning I left (4:30 am) I was asked by a shuttle driver, if I was going to the airport & was told the shuttle could take me. But, it was too late bc I had ordered an Uber. I had to use Uber bc since the driver was there waiting, I would have been charged for it even if I decided to ride the shuttle. Disappointed that I had been given conflicting messages regarding the shuttle. As I could have saved some money.
