The heat was not working in our room, it was dirty when we arrived, hair in the shower and what seemed like cookie crumbs on the floor near the carpet. We always stay here, but will consider other options next time.

When we arrived at 4:30pm the staff was miserable and not helpful at all. We were given a disgusting room (I have photos) and the first floor was extremely noisy all night. The hotel staff was not helpful in resolving any issues. Zero stars, would never recommend. Filthy and run down.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and were pretty disappointed. Not only was our bathroom dirty but we also had neighbours who were very loud the entire night. We called the front desk and they said there wasn’t much they could do about it since they tried calling and tried knocking on their door but they weren’t listening. We would think they would do more to stop them or even kick them out considering they were VERY loud like the entire floor probably heard. All the recommended was for us to move rooms at 3 am which would we super inconvenient since we would have to pack everything up and go. Not impressed!

Good for the price

It was good for the price. Some sketchy characters were there. Late at night a guy down the hall was screaming about something for a while. At 4am when we left there was a suspicious character in the laundry room and I don’t believe he was supposed to be in the building. There were some dirty bottles left in our room from the previous owner. If this stuff doesn’t bother you it was fine. Price was great, Staff were really kind and helpful.
