Bad experience. Bad service. Asked for blankets, was told "i have to look for some" no blankets ever came. Pool was not working. My kids were on school break very disappointed. Remotes in the room kinda worked. Little toiletries and towels in the bathroom. Not good

I liked the room, was very nice and spacious. Bathroom facilities were also spacious. The continental breakfast was convenient and had a fairly good selection. Waffles, cereal, some fruit (would have like bananas available) muffins, variety of juices, milk, coffee, tea and cocoa. Had sausages, but I would have preferred bacon. All in all, was very good. The only thing I would have changed is the bed. It was just too firm for me and I was a bit uncomfortable. This is a very nice hotel.

TV and phone were broken in the room, gym weight equipment was broken, and all of the treadmills had melted spots from corroded batteries. Room clearly hadn’t been cleaned well as there were still remnants of some red paper confetti on the floor and a cigarette left behind.
