Great bed, great shower, great breakfast; clean. I look for hotels with a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker, even though I didn’t need them on this trip, and this place delivers. I’ve happily stayed here at least a dozen times.

Rooms were very nice and clean! When we got to the hotel a little early the Gentleman at the front desk was very rude to us. The night staff was great when we came back to check in and she apologized for him! She was extremely accommodating and helpful.

Whenever we visit Buffalo our first choice to stay has been Country Inn & Suites. This time we repeatedly had issues with the Door Key .. several times we needed to have the keys re-programmed as it would fail to open the door.

We were in East Aurora, NY for a music festival and this Country Inn was relatively close and convenient. The hotel had ample parking, close to the highway. The staff were great. The hotel was great and we would certainly return.

Staff was great, especially people taking care of breakfast on both days. Took pride in there work for sure. The bad, my bathroom needed attention, bulb out, toilet never flushed on the first flush, shower door didn’t close, lights kept going out while in shower as they were on a short timer.

DO NOT waste your money staying here. Check-in Thursday for 5 days, we're told room would be cleaned Friday and Monday. Return to hotel Friday night, room not cleaned, we're told that's because we checked in Thursday we won't have service until Monday. Sunday morning request room cleaning and no cleaning Monday; return to room Sunday, not cleaned; return to room Monday, not cleaned - we're told they're short staffed and because we were checking out Tuesday it wouldn't be serviced. What the hell hotel do you staying for 5 nights with no service - had to request towels and toilet paper. Common area were disgusting - same papers on the floor Monday that were there when we checked in Thursday. Coffee/pot spilled all over elevator - never cleaned/mopped up. Pool was gross - hair and god only knows what else floating around in it. Pay a thousand dollars for horrible service. Corporate is DEFINITELY hearing from me. Your staffing issues are NOT the customers problem.
