Friendly and professional courteous staff at the restaurant. Room while clean but was very small for a 6 night stay. Sleeping was difficult as the clunky elevator was nearby. Customer relations apparently tried to change room but was not successful.

The Hotel.com description was not accurate. The pictures posted did not reflect the true condition of the hotel. Had to change rooms b/c the 1st room’s A/C controls were hanging out do the wall and not working. The 2nd room’s A/C didn’t really work either. Gym was a joke, and there was no roof top bar.
