I reserved to use the shuttle service and when I got to the hotel they told me it was one trip on the hour and they were booked for three hours in the morning. I ended up having to take 2 Ubers due to the size of our bags.

We booked this hotel due to close proximity to the airport as well as the Airport Shuttle Service, but I would NOT recommend the shuttle service. At first, once we landed in Buenos Aires Airport, it seemed very smooth to book the shuttle. We were able to find someone at the airport to call the Hotel for us, and they promptly advised us when to expect the shuttle to come. They even sent whatsapp confirmation and location confirmation. However, after waiting for a full 1 hour beyond the scheduled time, the shuttle never showed up. The Staff tried helping us at first, but the driver never showed up at the expected exit. Given there's more than one door at the airport, I suspect the driver didn't follow the instructions. The hotel staff made no extra effort to find us, so we had to pay a cab on our own dime. The only thing the hotel staff offered was a "sorry". I'm not saying the shuttle wasn't operating, because we didn't have an issue the next day when we headed back to the airport for another flight.

Mediocre in the extreme, uptight staff really interested in tips but not delivering decent service. Old and tired facilities and amazingly in this day and age, no USB points. Can’t quibble with the airport service though - fast and efficient.

The airport transfer is great, breakfast was very good, although they had an issue with us taking some food to our room for our daughter who slept in; pool is nice and the hotel is clean and beautifully decorated.

This property was conveniently located by the airport and was able to allow me to check in early, when my flight was delayed until the next night. I was relieved to not have the spend the night in an Argentina airport. They also have a courtesy shuttle service that took us back to the airport the next afternoon.

The property was very clean and well maintained. This is an great choice for a short stay. The hotel is not a good choice for a longer tourist stay because it is too far from the prime tourist attractions. The hotel restaurants were very expensive, but the atmosphere and staff at the restaurants were excellent.
