Casa Joseph was an amazing stay! The rooms were nice and spacious, with modern decor and impeccable cleanliness. Its location was perfect—just a short walk to great bars, cafés, and restaurants. The receptionists went above and beyond to provide helpful information and make reservations, which made our trip even better. And a special shoutout to Diana—she was the best and made the experience truly unforgettable!

Very good location close to SOHO. I would not rate this as a five star hotel. Bath towels were thin and worn. Bed sheets were not fitted and did not stay in place.

Nice short stay

Good location in Palermo All the best restaurants are within walking distance. Some bars were nearby as well. Everyone at the reception. Reception is avalaible 24hrs.

A lovely stay in a great neighborhood!

The hotel rooms are spacious and you’re surrounded by the greenery of the trees which is lovely. Staff are really wonderful warm and welcoming. The only downsides are that you are only provided with two pillows and it’s not possible to get another, and it would be nicer if more environmentally friendly cleaning products were used both for the health of the excellent cleaners and guests.

Gabriel at the front desk was awesome. But the property is not impressive. It has an out side patio, but there was some kind of water runoff on the floor, making it dangerous and dirty. The bathroom did not have body lotion, which is found in most hotels. There is a kitchen, but very few amenities for cooking. We had to wait our turn to use a pot to boil water for spaghetti. There was one cooking utensil, a large spoon--that was it. The bath towels they supplied was small and there was only one hand towel. There was no coffee in the room and no sodas or drinks in the refrigerator. again, Gabriel was fantastic, but I don’t think I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Joseph. The location was great, walkable distance near shopping and many restaurants. Gabriel at the reception was outstanding and very helpful. He’s spent about 20 minutes us the map and places to visit He booked the Tango dinner show for us. They picked us up from the hotel and then drop it off on the end of the show.

The room size is good. However the big window's are extremely thin, its like you are outside you can hear everything. The towels didnt always get changed and they never dried in the room. So smelly towels. The staff are nice, but not empowered or knowledgeable. You cant get a glass or an extra pillow (you get 2, 1 each) for example. My balcony didnt lock, i did report it, as i was not on the lower floors he said i was safe. But then he asked me to remind him. I thought that odd, ive reported the issue, why do i still need to keep the mental burden on checking on it. Im not the manager. The lights are soo bright in the room, so its darkness or being blinded. There are lamps, one of them blew, dodgy electrics and the other seemed ok. But no spare sockets to charge you phone.
