The hotel is beautiful and so comfortable with many shopping and dining options around! The location felt safe and is in a European-style area of the city. Stephania and the whole staff were extremely helpful and kind!!! Thank you to everyone for making our anniversary stay so wonderful! We definitely would stay here again!

The staff made our stay absolutely enjoyable. We stayed for two nights, stored extra luggage while on a side trip to Iguazu, then returned for a third night. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. The rooms were perfect, fantastic views. Do not hesitate to stay here!!

The hotel was beautiful and convenient to the parks and tourist areas of Buenos Aires. But, where the hotel excelled was their exemplary staff. They helped with reservations, recommendations, tours, dinner, lent me a converter for power, spoke English, and were so friendly. Bravo!!!

Lovely small hotel, with amazing helpful staff, in a nice location, and at a reasonable price. No restaurant, but a nice breakfast is provided. We received flexible time for both check-in and check-out. Also received great advice on local attractions and activities. Highly recommended.

We stayed twice at the Carles Hotel (2 nights before and 2 nights after our cruise). Our room for the first stay was much nicer (upgraded) compared to second stay. Both were clean, hot showers. Breakfast was good, continental and some cooked options. Confusingly the hotel info on Expedia said it had restaurant - it does not. Very good location, walking distance to hop on off bus, money exchange and restaurants. Staff extremely helpful and friendly giving us tips on restaurants and on the Sunday San Telmo market which was great experience that we would have otherwise missed. Would stay there again.

Had a lovely stay at Carles for one day/night. The front desk was very helpful: they helped check us in early, answered our questions, and called us a taxi when we needed to leave. The breakfast was delicious, the room had a beautiful view and was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great as it’s close to shops, parks, restaurants, sites, and Florida st. Would highly recommend!
