Smelled unclean at first walk in to room. Crackheads outside the property. Mold in iron where you put the water and the room was not clean. It was obvious that the room was barely skimmed over for cleaning. When they were told about it they did not offer even an apology. Needs updating badly.

Affordable but “iffy”
We needed a suite for us and our 4 young kids… the suites are in a separate building essentially behind the next property lot (so we literally had to load the kids into the van to DRIVE OVER for breakfast). Room was VERY outdated (old yellow incandescent bulbs, some of which didn’t work), had a useless thermostat (as the temp controls were still in the noisy window unit anyway), and had stained walls/mirrors, but was spacious though lacking in amenities/renovations. They do provide shampoo/conditioner/lotion/hand soap, and housekeeping came daily, but our bathtub had a steady slow RUN (not just a drip). Loud parties by our “neighbors” after midnight every night, hanging out in all the doorways and stomping up and down the walkway and right above our room, CONSTANTLY, till the wee hours for our ENTIRE stay. Walkable to Knotts but we drove for the sake of the kids. Breakfast had plenty of waffle irons and refrigerated yogurts plus toast/bagel and two cereals (but no egg or fruit options). Orange Juice was bitter and odd to the kids. The room was decent enough, however the drive in and out of that “back property” gave me the creeps. But given the price, there’s a 50-60% chance of giving this place one more shot.

So, it wasnt great, but it also wasn't terrible. It is clear they are TRYING to do their best. This hotel is huge and has multiple buildings to have to keep up with which I am sure is a lot of work. I feel like their cleaning could be better, but I have seen worse before so it didnt like ruin our trip or anything like that. It was pretty clear they had people staying long term there and that crowd didnt bother us, but it did make me feel a bit uncomfortable having a group of people outside smoking by where we had to go past with our kids. But I understand they prob need the long term renters to try and keep the place afloat. Just makes short term guests uncomfortable though. That being said, the staff was very nice and there was a security guard there everytime we were out of the hotel room so it made us feel more comfortable knowing he was there keeping an eye on things. We stayed in a huge 2 bedroom suite that had double glass doors between (I would recommend shades on the doors and an actual handle for these)with 3 queens and a couch that seemed to have a hydabed. Also 2 bathrooms, sinks, showers,and tvs (U should advertise this better), mini fridge& a microwave,desk,etc.We had a few issues like the ac making a loud noise and some tiny ants passing through, but nothing too terrible.The smoke alarms/detecrors weren't operational either. It was quiet,had comfy beds&close to Knotts.Also note we didnt have a do not disturb sign.And breakfast could use some fresh fruit&granola.

It was a family trip to Disney we book 4 suites and all the room was very very bad,one tub the drain was full of hair,we found roach around the rooms,no water water run run don’t stay here,very loud downstairs room had a party we call the office and they don’t do nothing,very very disappointed.

Check in was easy. Rooms were decent. Free breakfast was great. Hot pool was not hot. Pull out sofa bed was super uncomfortable. Seen lots of random people hanging out in the back of the parking lot seems as if they lived in the hotel because the following nights the same cars and people were outside in the parking lot blaring their music and smoking. No elevators. 100 dollars debit deposit or 200 dollar cash deposit. Bird poop all over the stairs and on railings.

The property had homeless people hanging around it and they left garbage on my car. The breakfast was waffles or yogurt that's it. The housekeeping staff did not clean the room very well between guests we found stuff under the bed. Plus during our time they didn't really clean the room .
