You get what you pay for. Beds were very comfy. Water pressure sucks. Hot tub was lukewarm. Beeakfast was enough for being free. Watch for the tours that stay there. You would think they had a preschool group staying. Went for bfast the 1st morning and every table was full of plates and cups like these people were at a restraunt. Absolutly disgusting and this was NOT the hotels fault. Grown ass adults eating food provided with their room rate and they have no courtesy to clean up after themselves. Just up and left the table for the hotel to take care of. SO if your a Tour operator taking these guests around.. do better. OR you can clean up after them!!! This shouldnt even be a discussion its plain manners.

The room provided had electrical issues no TV in one room and no hair dryer when provided with hair dryer no power to operate and could not charge phones.

The location was very near Portos and few mins drive to Disneyland and hotel is located just after freeway exit. Rooms were not bad.

This hotel needs work… the doors don’t have seals under them so bugs can freely come under your door and you can hear everything outside. The shades have to be pulled leaving the room dark or else people can see into your room. The bathroom door has NO lock. And the staff told us our room wouldn’t be ready for 45 minutes! If check in is at 4pm how are you going to make us wait?? If we check out late we’re charged. Wouldn’t stay here again personally

Quiet Easy to find parking, convenient location with fast food places open late, good area, I felt safe when i saw they have security guards at night, really close to disneyland, room was 2 rooms for 6 people. Nice it had a door that divided them and a sofa, microwave and small fridge decent restrooms not too outdated will stay again

There was ants in the room and the AC didnt work right away, took about few hours for the room to cool down. There was no hot water as well, you have to turn on the water for a good 10-15 mins for the hot water to come out which is a waste of water.!

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The complex felt much more like a motel than a hotel. There were also small roaches in my room. Price doesn’t quite meet the quality of the hotel. Location is convenient but you still need a car to really get anywhere. The TVs are awful. Small and specifically programmed to an inconvenient remote. I’d come back but only in a pinch (and without the roaches).

I had previously stayed here with no issue.. however, this time was absolutely terrible. Tons of ants all over the bathroom by the toliet, in the corner of the shower, coming out of the shower faucet. And all over the sink area. Nothing felt safe to leave out. Giant spider crawled out from behind the fridge microwave area. Didnt feel safe, there were men standing at the corner smoking and making gestures towards cars as they drove by. Bed was so hard, sheets were dirty. Huge gap around the door.. hard to lock & keep shut & light came thru all night. Gave us two tiny towels.. when we asked for more we were told no basically. That they didnt have any and they could get us some at 8 in the morning, we were leaving at 630/7 to get to where we needed to be. The clerk was not helpful and i felt no sense of wanting to actually help us.. just no towels. The shower.. the water was ice cold.. had it running for 20 to 30 minutes and was still ice cold, so i took a mostly cold shower.. around the 40 minute mark it started to get a touch warmer.. but never hot or of a comfortable warm temp. And i did try all different spots for where it should be warm. I was supposed to stay 2 nights, after the first terrible night. I checked out and got a better hotel. They only refunded the nught i didnt use, still had to pay for this incredibly horrible experience. Definitely would NOT recommend and I will not return. Sad because it used to be a decent hotel.. but not anymore.
