When my family checked into our original room there were a number of issues: grimy floors with hair, strong bleach smell, old couch with mold/stains on pull-out mattress and dirty refrigerator/microwave. Not one to usually complain about hotels, but we were ready to check out after being in this room for 15 minutes. Fortunately the concierge was understanding and upgraded our room. She was very nice (main reason this wasn’t a lower rated review). The room we ended up staying in was much cleaner. Appliances seemed to be newer as well. Overall we had an okay stay.

I like the fact that it had two rooms and two restrooms in the suites and that there were a few restaurants around the property, but the refrigerator was not complete with shelving. The lights were very dim in the rooms. The remote control had no batteries, and there were very limited ice dispensers on the property.

The sheets were clean but that was about it. The floor left dirty marks all over our feet. The shower didn’t seem very cleaned. There were a lot of people always congregating outside smoking-they seemed like they lived there maybe? Pool and hot tub seemed nice even though we didn’t use. Breakfast had waffles, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, drinks.

Not bad for last minute stay :)

It was a last minute stay because we decided to go for a second day of Knott's Berry Farm (it's a 15 min walk to the park from the hotel) check in was easy, front desk was very nice, professional and friendly, hotel and room were pretty clean and smelled nice, room and beds were very cozy, quite area, AC worked, shower worked (hot & cold water), phone worked and T.V worked. Cons: Needs renovation on some areas of the room like the door had a large gap from floor to door, shower vents were falling off, lamps were ripped, furniture looked very old and a little dirty and the bed sheets were yellowish and stained.

Good Hotel

For being an older hotel, it was a pleasant stay. It was clean and looks like the entire property had recently been updated. It was close to Knott’s and other places. Would stay again.
