It waa comfortable close to the park only thing was that when i called i was told parking for one car was included but when it was tine to check in they told me since i made the reservation through expedia parking wasn't included so i had to pay for the two parkings

We checked in early and went to shower. But there was no hot water. Called front desk and not even 5 minutes later they had us in a new room with hot water. Definitely going to stay more often.

Horrible experience on New Year’s Eve
I have booked at this hotel through Expedia,and got the room that was shown in pictures and the room that is honored as shown, in this family trip of 3 I got a room that had a full bed instead of a Queen.Price was over priced for a full bed with no room or sofa ..it was a room far away from other rooms , my daughters and I didn’t fit in a full bed ,I had to sleep in the floor and make one comforter work for all of us.I spoked to an employee at the front desk and said she couldn’t help me to contact whom I booked with.I wanted to try out hotels.com because it saved me some money but I guess it wasn’t worth it .

Overall, the stay was fantastic! It’s a convenient location to visit both Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland. The restaurant inside the hotel is really good! The room was very comfortable and very clean. Overall, the service was fantastic!
